I noticed something truly remarkable about life and how the greatest philosophers of all time faced the most bizarre adversity. I choose Confucius, (551 -479 BCE), as he was not actually alive when Emporeror Quin Shin Han, (259 – 210 BCE) went off the rails.

Now, this is where the Qin Dynasty collapses, the whole of China. Everyone was learning Confucius so the Quin Shi Huan banned Confucius being practiced, also, freedom of speech was suppressed and Confucian scholars were buried alive and the text was apparently burned.
So, obviously – being an absolutely – facist narrow minded Emporeror, he was looking for the elixir of life….

So, he decided it would be a great idea to drink mercury – thinking it was all powerful; keeping him young and strong. Little did he know he had commit suicide.

So, you could say Confucius was practicing Karma at the top of his spiritual mountain. Emporeror Quin Shi Huan had bitten more than he could chew. The moral of the story today is take your time and make those goals not disrupt everything in others wake.

There have been quite a few people throughout history whom have behaved in this manner.
Even, today people behave in this manner – Maybe we should all take a leaf out of Confucius book and reduce stress and anxiety.
Smart book ❤️
