I thought this would be a useful promotion to let people know they are valued even showing signs of weakness. Some of them are funny: “I once cried because I bought the wrong cookies.” I did smile because it was a sign we are all human.
I cried once because watching Steel Magnolias in the same place because Sally Field was crying and I was crying because I was empathising she had lost her daughter. I always cry at the same part of the film, no matter how many times Steel Magnolias is viewed – it just sends me to tears……Sally Fields voice is like a croaky frog but it just touches me right there, the same scene.
